Saturday Is A Time To Party...!

Im freezing...Where am I?...Why am I aching all over...Wheres Eggman?

At the thought of Eggman I sat up sharply scanning around me. I rubbed my eyes and noticed it was daybreak.

Aww man Amy is going to kill me I moaned to myself.

Looking around I saw I was in a standard cell, there was one barred window which had no glass in it...No wonder I was cold.

I breathed on my hands to warm myself up as a metal door slide upwards exposing the huge 'genius' Eggman.

Great here we go, time to juice and jam

"Good morning Sonic! have a nice sleep" He said looking me straight in the eye.

"Yea I give this place 4 stars because wheres my breakfast in bed?" I joked, staring straight back at him.

Really I was trying to think up a clever plan in which I could make my escape.

"Sorry but we dont do breakfast in bed, though we will destroy you for free!" He replied his lip quivering.

He thinks hes so clever, Ill show him

Then I sprung into action spin dashing into the cell bars.
BIG mistake!
As I touched them I received a huge electric shock, I cant even begin to explain how much it hurt.
I was thrown back against the cell walls from the force and sat there looking up at Eggman.

Ok maybe I wont show him...yet

"I thought you might do that Sonic, so I installed electricity fields on the bars. Feeling nice and awake now?" He laughed turning his back me.

Well to tell you the truth Id rather see his back from his front any day!

"Ill leave you to settle into your room more then!" He sneered before leaving me sat there on the floor.

I stood up again not going anywhere near the bars, I was in no hurry to feel that amount of pain again!

I scanned the room in front of me, then I saw it! A huge control panel with tons of buttons. Obviously that was where the key out of here was, but it was about 5 metres away, so no way I could reach it on my own.

So I turned back looking at the window, well hole in the wall with bars! I wondered whether it had electric pumping through it too!

Only one way to find out, but no way I didnt want to risk it so I paced around looking at the ground, trying my hardest to think of a way out.

But nothing came!

2 hours had past and I was still in the cell on my own staring at the control panel.
Id had a few crazy ideas such as throwing my shoe at the panel but I wasnt that desperate!

So I was slumped down against the wall when I heard and engine, I thought it would just be something from Eggmans base, since it was all engines and motors.
But this sounded different, much smoother and it had a higher pitch.

Thats when it clocked in my head...the X-Tornado.

Standing on my tip toes I managed to sneek a veiw outside and just as I had predicted, there was Tails in the X-Tornado with Knuckles riding alongside.

My heart started pumping fast, finally I could get out.

Id felt so trapped in here, hence it being called a cell! but anyway I just wanted to be able to move freely without worrying about getting shocked out of my quills!

I jumped up and down like a maniac waving my arms over my head hoping they would see me.

Well they did, I mean there was noway you could miss my waving routine!

Tails shot a huge missile straight into the side of the room just next to my cell.

Both Tails and Knuckles jumped out of the tornado grinning their heads off.

Tails ran over to the control panel as Knuckles ran towards me.

I needed abit of fun so I asked Knuckles to try braking the bars down, knowing full well he would be shocked.

Come on come on I pleaded in my head.

He went to punch them, and they fell down right beside me.

No fair! Tails shut the power off to soon I scrowled to myself feeling slightly disapointed.

"Come on Sonic lets get out of here!" Tails yelled hopping back into the X-Tornado, Knuckles followed him and I took refuge on the right wing!

We took off fast but before we knew it, hundreds of missiles were heading straight for us.

I wasnt worried though, Tails was he greatest pilot ever, if anything I was excited for abit of action.

I stayed firmly on the wing as Tails dove up and down and swung side to side avoiding each missile with ease. I looked down into the cock pit and saw Tails laughing his head off, he really was enjoying himself!

After 2 minutes of swinging around on the side of a plane we few into open air space and I took in a deep breath of fresh air, I breathed back out again heavily stretching all the muslces in my body, it felt amazing.

Then I remembered in my head...Amy!

Uh oh, shes going to kill me with her hammer I thought as my heart dropped into my stomach.

"TAILS!" I Screamed at the top of my voice.

"YEA!"

"CAN YOU DROP ME AT AMY'S PLACE?"

"SURE!"

I could see it from a distance looking the size of an ant, it grew bigger and bigger and bigger as did the nerves in my stomach!

Finally we touched down and I said I would see them later and thanks for the saving me and everything, then they flew off again into the sun.

I turned and looked at Amy's house, I cannot even begin to tell you how worried I was about this, but I was positive she would understand.

It was only 8.30 in the morning but I thought she would be awake, so I walked up the pathway and let myself in easily.

Silently I closed the door behind me and turned around.

Nothing could of prepared me for the site I saw...

Amy was curled in a ball hugging her knees asleep, she was dress in a beautiful green silk dress and silver heels, macara ran down hers eyes which were red and puffy!

I literally felt my heart sink with guilt at the site of her! I didnt know what I should do.

So I decided to leave her to sleep and pulled the big pink blanket we had used the other night and covered her up!

I went into the kitchen after deciding I would make her a big breakfast to cheer her up and hoping she wouldnt be so mad.

I pulled out some pancake mix and had to read the instructions 5 times to be sure of what to do! Well what do you expect? Ive never cooked before!

It started quite badly as I ended up throwing half of the mix on the floor but after that I got the hang of it and began cooking them. I found it fun to flip them around in the air then I ended up making a game of it. Seeing how many times I could run around the house before catching the pancake! My record was 121!

The pancakes were finally ready so I flipped them onto a plate and searched through Amy's cupboards for syrup!
I found a huge bottle of it and wrote 'Im Sorry Amy' across the pancakes in it!

I put the plate on a tray along with a glass of orange juice and walked into the living room!

I placed the tray on the coffe table and sat down beside Amy, gently rocking her I whispered 'Amy...Ames...wake up'

She stirred and her eyes parted looking sleepily around the room, she sat up and looked at me rubbing her eyes then she looked at the breakfast I had made her!

"Sonic...what?...WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU LAST Night?" She screamed but her tone calmed as she looked at my chest and arms.

I hadnt even noticed but I had burnt marks along my chest and arms from Eggmans cell!

She started fussing over them rushing into the kitchen pulling out a first-aid kit!

"Amy, Amy dont worry there ok!" I tried to reassure her, she looked at me furious when I said that!

"Dont worry? dont worry? What else can I do? I sat here all last night wondering where you were thinking horrible things in my head then you turn up here beaten up...What else can I do?...What happened to you? She shouted with rage, her eyes flared in a way Id never seen.

Knowing there was no way out of this I recalled the whole story as she dabbed at me with antiseptic, I stopped talking and winced each time she put it on my fur!

By the end of my stry she looked mortified!

"Anyway Amy Im really sorry about last night, I never ment to hurt you"

"Stop saying that sonikku its not your fault Eggman abducted you" She said sweetly.

"Anyway I promised, no wait swear down on my life, that tonight we will go out just me and you!"

This time it was me hugging her, I was thrilled that she had forgiven me for last night, now all I had to do was stay safe untill it was over!
